Aleksandrs Hromcovs is a UK based composer and producer operating out of Leeds. He started his professional career in London, in 2006, as a recording studio engineer.

 
After several years of working in the recording studio, Alex has shifted his attention away from studio work and towards developing his own music and sound. He formed a production duo with a fellow DJ and got a record deal with Ministry Of Sound and a publishing deal with Warner Chappell.  During those years, Alex had the privilege of remixing artists like Snoop Dogg, Lil Wayne, Sander Van Doors & Stooshe, as well as supporting DJ Fresh on his first Live UK Tour. His music was supported by number of club and radio DJs around the world, including Annie Mac (BBC Radio 1), Mistajam (BBC 1Xtra), Tiesto (Clublife), Diplo, Dillon Francis and many others.

Alex has always been a fan of many musical genres and therefore he naturally gravitated towards composing music for Media, TV And Film. Since 2015, Alex has done just that and focused his whole attention towards composing music for Media. His music can be heard on hundreds of TV shows around the world. He regularly contributes music to some of the best music libraries such as Universal, BMG, Warner Chappell, APM, Cavendish, Sonoton and many others. He has written music for brands like Adidas, Lima, Sure, Beconase, Mountain Dew.

Alex has received 3 PMA (Production Music Awards) nominations. In 2022 for “Best Electronic Track” & “Best Hip-Hop Track”, in 2023 for "Best Electronic Track" and won 1 Mark Award in 2021 for his contribution to “Best Reggae Track Of The Year”.
